Clipper City Beer Dinner at Y Not Bar and Grill

Clipper City will be the featured beer at a beer dinner at the Y Not Bar and Grill on Veterans Day Nov. 11 (this coming Tuesday). Please RSVP by Nov. 8th as seating is limited. The dinner will be $55/person, social hour at 6 pm, dinner at 7 pm.

Donations will be made to Maryland Family Support and VA and MD Fallen Soldiers.

First Course
Fried mini crab cake with a smoked jalapeno aioli and Asian coleslaw

Pulled pork BBQ

Third Course
Glazed cedar salmon served with a balsamic frieze and melon salad

Fourth Course
Buffalo roulade with spinach and roasted peppers finished with a plantain and brown sugar reduction
Beer: Peg Leg Imperial Stout

Fifth Course
Petite rib eye burger topped with shitake, red onion and cognac relish on brioche bread accompanied by yucca fries with homemade ketchup

Sixth Course
Beer battered crepes with apple butter
Beer: Loose Cannon Hop3 Ale
