Hopppppssss
Clipper City's Firkin guru Steve Marsh will be creating special dry hopped Loose Cannon, Winter Storm and Pale Ale casks with locally grown, hand picked cascade hops from Frederick, MD. They met the folks at The Hopyard at Stillpoint Farms at a beer festival in Western Maryland and the rest is history.
Clipper City feels their hops are as good as if not better than any of the Western US hops! Keep an eye on the calendar to see where the firkins pop up.
First firkin tapping: The Judges Bench in Ellicott City on Friday December 18th around 5 PM with the entire crew there to celebrate. Sounds great!
